Refund and Returns Policy

At Kara Couture Label, we take pride in our craftsmanship and ensure that each product undergoes strict quality checks. Due to the exclusive nature of our designer products, we follow a strict no-refund and limited return/exchange policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges ONLY in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If the product received is damaged or defective due to our fault.
  • Incorrect Product Received: If the item delivered is different from the one ordered.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or altered products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Minor variations in color, fabric, or design due to screen settings or lighting will not be considered a defect.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized, Made-to-Order & Personalized Products
  • Altered or Tailored Products
  • Accessories, Jewelry, or Intimate Wear
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Submit a return/exchange request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing karacouturelabel@proton.me with your order number, images of the product, and a detailed reason.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide approval or rejection within 48 hours. If approved, we will share the return shipping address.
  • Step 3: Customers must ship the product back within 3 days of approval, using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Step 4: Once received, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return conditions, we will process the exchange. Refunds are not provided in any case.

4. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges are allowed if the return request meets our criteria.
  • In case the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit valid for 3 months will be issued.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded as our production process begins immediately.
  • In rare cases where cancellation is permitted, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the order value.

6. International Orders

  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be reimbursed by Kara Couture Label.

7. Disclaimer

  • Kara Couture Label reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request that does not meet our policy criteria.
  • Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.
  • We are not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
